The toothbrush is easy to use and if you have a sensitive tooth will be great for that too!
Pros: great cost benefit., easy to use and care., easy to replace the brush., good for sensitive tooth.
Cons: no cons!

Never had more fun brushing our teeth!

Our adult son bought a Phillips Sonicare and told us how amazing his teeth and gums were feeling, so for our birthdays this past February we decided to treat ourselves to the "Modern Way of Brushing!" While two minutes initially seemed to "take forever" we soon realized how lazy we had truly become with our oral hygiene and now, we look forward to our bedtime, morning and lunch time brushing! Our teeth and gums feel very smooth and clean.

This is the most wonderful toothbrush I have used. My teeth feel wonderful and so clean after I use it. The dentist has also noted an improvement in my gums..

This is my second sonicare. I worked in a dental office for 17 years, so I know the benefits of the sonicare. My only regret is that I got a model that doesn't have the automatic timing accessory, I really miss that.

Some improvements and some not

I had last years model and the newest one:
The removable top is better/smaller
The base design is fine as it takes little counter space
The machine cannot shut off in one command..........this is the worst
For one thing if phone rings, theres a mess on the mirror
Designers know that at times emergencies dictate immediate shutoff
The teeth cleaning aspect is the best and my reason for keeping this
