I can't find anything to criticize this tooth-brush. It does what you claim for it and I especially like the recharging system and the fact that it can't be overcharged.
Pros: in use the brush is free of the charging chord.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best toothbrush ever

I think this product is the best toothbrush you can buy. It's easy to clean and to change the brush head. Lasts about a week on a single charge and makes my mouth feel extra clean!
Pros: ease of use, automatic 2 minute timer, long use time after charge, works great
Cons: none

I am really disappointed in this Sonicare. It is so noisy compared to the previous two I have had. It is actually distracting to brush my teeth due to the vibration and noise from this model. I'm not sure if it's the model or a bad unit, but I do not like this one although I do like the level that the sonicare cleans my teeth.
Pros: cleans well massages gums
Cons: really noisy compared to previous models

I use the toothbrush daily to clean my teeth and stimulate my gums. I am very satisfied with its preformance. However, I could not give it an excellent rating because it makes too much noise. Whereas I can walk away from my noisy washing machine I don't have that option with my toothbrush.
Cons: too noisy.
