This toothbrush is easy to use and makes me feel like I am doing a really good job of brushing.
Cons: refill brushheads are expensive

I was introduced to Sonicare toothbrushes as a means to combat gum disease and have been quite satisfied with the results. I have also been very happy with the company's customer service policies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Little disappointed with the design of the brush head. Two family members share the hand held toothbrush and the head needs to be completely removed each time then another head placed on for next user. It would be much nicer if just the toothbrush wand locked/unloced into place inside the brush head. Will not purchase another system desigend like this again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sonicare Essense

I have had my Essence for over 5 yrs. I did have issues with one of my hand helds after 8 mo of use. No problem, I contacted Sonicare and their tech support sent me an entire new set of hand held and brushes.
I had the same thing happen to my second hand held a few months later. It would not keep a charge. Again, Sonicare stepped up to the plate and sent me an entire hand held set along with two new brushes.
Look, this is a great product with excellent customer service. Everything will break down sooner or later. Question is, will Sonicare stand by their product. I can answer that with a solid- Yes!
I will most likely obtain their newest version when the last of my brushes need changing. Almost 5.5 years of use. I cannot ask anymore. Thank you Sonicare!

A good clean...

I love this toothbrush. It leaves my mouth feeling so good. My only concern is that I wish it had different levels of power as I would prefer to use a lower level of power because sometimes I feel like my teeth are stripped clean. When I get that feeling I take a break and use a regular toothbrush. Either way, it was a good purchase and I will continue to use it.
