I like the ease of use and the way it cleans my teeth.But the replacement heads are way too expensive. I find myself not replacing them as often as I should.
Pros: like the 2 minute cycle
Cons: replacement heads are too expensive

Does a great job

I can't think of anything I would change about the product.
My Hygenist comments on how great my teeth and gums are at every visit. I rarely have to have any 'scraping' to make them have the real clean feeling. They just always feel that way.

Better than a toothbrush.

Sloppy to use. Collects mucus and toothpaste where the brush head screws into the battery pack.
Charge lasts several days!
Teeth are cleaner than with a conventional toothbrush.
I would recommend this to a friend!

VERY Disappointed

We have purchased several Sonicare toothbrushes for our family and have been very happy with them. This latest purchase was not at all long lasting (only a few month) and began loosing a charge almost immediately after being recharged until it was unusable. Am hoping it was just a one time occurance and is not a reflection of overall quality going forward.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sonicare Toothbrush

I love the job the toothbrush does. No plaque on my check-ups! This is my 3rd Sonicare unit. I also purchased one for my 18 yo son and husband.
My only dislike is that I need to replace the brush quite often. The blue line runs down very quickly. I brush twice a day and sometimes 3X day. Maybe I put too much pressure on the brush!
Pros: removes sticky film on teeth efficiently, no plaque on ck ups!, best job of all toothbrushes on the market
Cons: becomes grimy under screw on toothbrush, need to replace toothbrush too frequently
I would recommend this to a friend!
