Nice hardware bad software

The scanner hardware itself is fine, but the software is hopeless. It tries to make it "one button" operation but the effect is to limit your options down to nothing. The results are rarely satisfactory. It will do basic pdf copies of a photocopy but that's it. There are almost no options to improve an image or crop or tidy it up in any useful way. It won't even let you change the orientation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a brilliant piece of kit; used to scan documents to be PDF is absolutely first class. Touch the button and then watch it appear on screen - this product is not for photo work etc - get flat bed for this. If you want to turn paper documents into PDFs then this is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
