I would never recomment this razor or product because the replacement Nivea lotion is not available in any retail store.
I can't imagine developing and marketing a product with such limited availability for necessary replacement ingredients.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Shaver/Product POOR SUPPORT

I have had Norelco shavers for years and I like this one a lot but am deeply disappointed at the lack of support for the shaver. You need a search warrant to find the Nivea companion product and the price is going up indicating that Phillips is not supporting it. Phillips should buy these things back if that want to do the right thing.

Excellent product and great shaver. keeps my shaving bumps to a minimum and the wife loves the smell of it after I shave. only downside is you cant find the refills in retail stores. keep making this product norelco

I have used norelco razors since 1965 when my Dad gave me his battery operated flip top razor.
I like this new one but have been unable to find the conditioner for it in stores and is out of stock online

I find using this product makes shaving every day no longer an issue. Have used many different conditioner's none compare to NIVEA Shaving Conditioner.
Pros: no other product has been as good.
Cons: not using this product

Excellent Shaving System

For 30 years my husband has complained about shaving. He bought this shaving conditioner for his new shaver and doesn't mind shaving at all now. Thank you Philips Norelco Nivea. I like a smooth face.

This new version of the Nivea Shaving/Norleco delivery system is much better than the old system. Loading is easier and the autofeed of the Nivea cream makes shaving without a blade better than ever.
Keep this product alive...it's great!
