[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very complicated to use and takes allot of studying and practice to operate especially the preheating stages and we tryied a self clean for only 2.2 hours and a part of the blue coating bubbled and now there is around two noticeable ugly brown marks that looks like islands on the map. Although I was told it does not affected the cooking performance, I was so surprised this happend RIGHT after the one year manufacturers warranty expired. And it looks ugly. And will be there forever.
Pros: Innovative
Cons: self clean made the blue coating seal bubble, Hard To Use, i can never figure out the pre heating feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
