Works great to stream Video from a USB Hard Drive (although I would definitely recommend using a USB 3.0 drive... I originally hooked up a USB 2.0 drive and it couldn't keep up and would cause the Roku to crash and restart.) I wish the USB Channel interface was better, would prefer a list view to tiles.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls, USB Streaming
Cons: No Netflix Continuous

Currently watching a 77-episode Korean drama on DramaFever channel and loving the ease of use with Roku. Also really enjoy having Shutterfly albums running as screensaver images on the TV screen. Shockingly happy with this little box!

Love this product - I have quickly become a fan. I've had difficulty with streaming services like Netflix with my bluray player but with this product no such issue. The only issue I had was during the initial setup (which is why I couldn't list it as a "Pro") but your support was excellent and in a short time I was up and running. Great experience so far.
