ADDITIONAL Entertainment, but Lacking

This product is being billed as a replacement to your existing satellite or cable provider, and it falls far short of that. This was the original reason I purchased one, and was quite disappointed to find very few channels that I even recognized, and most of those you have to have a subscription for. The only way this product could replace my satellite provider, would be to add up enough PAID channels to actually have a good selection of viewing options, but then my expense would be the same or even more! I do enjoy the product, and it's integration with my existing services (i.e. Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) is very simple. The video quality is amazing, and it is a very nice ADDITION to our entertainment options. Just in no way a replacement! At least not until there are more channels to choose from, DVR capability, and local channels included!
Pros: Fast Setup, Video quality, Simple Controls
Cons: Seems To, A Minisd Card Is Required

Makes Dollars & Sense

Awesome device easy to use and will save you tons of cash over traditional cable or satellite. I am totally off cable TV now. I spend zero per month for the Roku and pay only 8 bucks a month for my netflicks. I am saving about $100 per month by gettin rid of my HD receiver and huge monthly cable bill. Plus my electric bill went down by gettin rid of the cable box.

how stupid do i feel!!!

after 15 years with someone else. I canceled that service and tried Apple TV, I liked this but i wanted MORE. Looked in to option a decided on ROKU. I can really say that there is too much to watch. but it is the best choice i made for TV, i am always telling friends and co worker about the product.
Pros: Simple Controls, Fast Setup, Attractive Design
Cons: Nothing

Perfect Plex Player

Only use the Roku Box as Plex Player. Perfect and easy use to stream my media from my NAS. DTS is also submitted. I can't rate other features (e.g. Netflix) as I am not able to get the channels in Europe.
Pros: Simple Controls, Fast Setup
