I love Roku! Cable was becoming ridiculously expensive and there was no other option in my area. Found Roku, canceled cable and phone and cut my monthly entertainment bill in half. I actually think that the Picture with Roku is even better than digital cable. I didn't have to do anything differently to make my Bose sound system work. I just plugged in the Roku and everything works perfectly. Thanks Roku!!!

We love our Roku. Setup is easy. I had to call customer support, not because of anything wrong with the Roku, but because I couldn't figure out which remote to use and then it was - duh! Felt silly but their customer support is absolutely wonderful. After the guy told me which remote to use, he would not let me off until he walked me all the way through and made sure I was up and running. I was amazed at how easy the whole process was ( if you follow the instructions and use the right remote) and the attention I got from customer support. I would recommend to everyone.

Can't figure out how to locate a movie I hadn't finished watching. Wish it had a list of current "open" movies and you could find it there. A place to manage your open shows. If it does I haven't found it yet. Still new to the product.

Roku is amazing and easy to install. It saves me from the recurrent cable bills while giving me access to a lot of movies and tv programs. With their android app I control the TV using my phone. Roku 3 is my gadget of the year.

I purchased the Roku3 to enhance my Antenna-TV viewing (Free Viewing Preferred). For the most part I'm very satisfied as to the functionality of the unit. Most of the add-in channels do provide some 'free' viewing options, but usually they are previews or trailers of an item that costs money. I went with this route, purchasing the Roku3, in the hopes of saving money (canceled my cable access). A person could rack up a lot more money, watching Roku3 provided channels than what a cable subscription would cost per month.
