I love the fact I don't have go rent a DVD, load it into the VCR, watch the movie, then return or mail the DVD back. If I want to watch a movie or old TV show, I just hit the source button and turn my Roku on to what I want to watch. All without leaving my home or chair. I'm a senior citizen and don't know how to use or even install electronic things. But this Roku was easy for me. I couldn't believe I had done it on my own. Great little set up, love it.
Pros: Fast Setup, Easy to use, So easy to install, Is Such A Nice Size, Simple Controls, No Dvd Rentals, Love The Movies I Get, Attractive Design, Get It All In One Package, Improved Audio/Video
Cons: NOT ONE, None

Customers should know that they need to have a computer to log on and access account information before it can run. It's an easy process! You can watch videos on You Tube and see it set up so you know what to do.
Pros: Simple Controls, Fast Setup, Attractive Design

So far it's really great. I'v had better interfaces. Prefer PS3 but this is decent and the size is great. It seems to pick up all the wifi types. Biggest things I don't like: Remote is not backlit. I'm using this in a bedroom and can't see the controls. It won't be an issue as I learn the placement of buttons but a backlight would be nice. I am using Amazon and if I leave it connected to Amazon channel and fall asleep my account info gets locked out. The Roku doesn't even save your account info so you have to type it all in again. Other than that no real issues.
Pros: Recognizes All Wifi, Scrolling Ff And Rewind, Decent Interface, Attractive Design, Lots of channels, Fast Setup
Cons: No sleep timer, No Storing Account Info

We are very pleased with our Roku 3. We love to watch movies and this device gives us the freedom to watch whatever we want, when we want, and NO commercials. The box is small and unobtrusive ..... we don't even notice it is there. The remote is user friendly and I like that you don't have to point it directly at the box (like our satellite remote). Great purchase for the price!
