I use my Roku 3 in my Bedroom as my main entertainment Device. I got it for the headphone jack on the remote. Witch works very well most of the time. Occasionally there is a slight lip sync lag. Most apps are OK. I mainly use Netflix and Hulu Plus. Both of which need a re-design. Netflix does not support profiles which is disappointing.
Pros: Fast Setup, Attractive Design, Simple Controls, Improved Audio/Video
Cons: Netflix Needs An Update, No youtube, No Netflix Profiles

Watch news, movies and listen to music. Very easy to use, much faster than streaming through blu ray player. Also like remote app on iphone.

I bought this to get both netflix and amazon prime support. It's simple to use, super-easy to set up and works great. I first bought an apple tv and was disappointed with the apps support,specifically amazon prime but also limitations with airplay.

Connectivity is great. Love that it can see ALL of my media & not tied to one type of file extension. Size is great. Really like the headphones for remote!

I love the ease of use with the Roku, and the search function that searches all channels is especially useful. I appreciate the video and audio quality as well. My only note is that it does not have an option to incorporate Xfinity streaming (a streaming option for those who have Comcast), and moreso, you cannot incorporate your HBOGO account if you get it from Comcast. It would be significantly more convenient to have all these in the same place instead of operating different devices for my streaming content. This HBOGO flaw was not communicated before I purchased the Roku.
