Much better then the rest

Wife bought me a Co-star it froze up, no app for hbo and many other services. Remote was hard to us on it, could not see the 101 buttons. I returned it and got a Roku. It had easy setup, works fine everytime I turn it on, simple easy to use remote, you can adjust the picture to the size of TV you have, all kinds of apps also. In short it is a mucj better box then the Co-Star. The smart phone app works good on my HTC one you can stream pics video etc from it. Cool!
Pros: Improved Audio/Video, Fast Setup, Simple Controls

I purchased this to watch Nexflix on my TV rather than my ipad. So far the only problem I have is on Netflix when I'm watching a tv series is when I go from one episode to the next it won't go to next episode unless I exit Netflix and then reopen it then all episodes are there. Don't know if the problem is me, roku or Netflix. I have only had roku less than a month and am still adding programs and exploring. The reason I did not rate the audio and video is because I can't tell any difference than before I got roku. I have a HD tv and Polk sound system and the audio and Video have always been very good. So far I am very pleased with roku 3. Wish there were more streaming TV shows. I want to eliminate cable and just stream thru Roku but not enough content yet.
Pros: Attractive Design, Simple Controls, Fast Setup
Cons: No youtube

I had my roku xr for about 3 plus years and after the remote started to act up, I decided to look into another box! The Roku3 is awesome! Love the color, plus you can hook the earplugs up and not disturb anyone around you. The movies comes up much faster than the roku xr!!! I am truly amazed!
