I'm not a fan of wifi so I had to run a new internet cable to my entertainment area but I knew that going in so it wasn't a surprise. I DO really like the way it functions and the abundance of choices for access to movies, etc. Plus as a dedicated unit it is faster than my computer. I also REALLY like the option of listening to programs with my headset through the remote!

Best Roku Ever

This is a great. We use it in the Kitchen attached to the back of a small 22" flat screen. With the remote/headphone pair, it makes watching shows/movies easier when others are watching TV or playing PS3 in the other part of the Great Room.

Faulty Connectivity

We love the design and the speed of streaming. Our difficulty with the system is that we have to unplug the entire wireless network every day to get it to continue playing. At this rate we will give up on our streaming, get a new TV and just watch Netflix.

This offers a "no-brainer" setup. Just exploring the available channels will take weeks, if not, months. Well worth the price if you are dropping cable or Satellite.

Outstanding device for streaming video

Great product for the price, great video streaming even with 1.2mbps for internet speed. The remote bottom is a little to round and wants to roll around between the couch cushions. The unit is a bit to light and when the Ethernet is hooked up, the Roko doesn't sit flat on the shelf.
