Use exclusively for Netflix. Remote sometimes disconnects and has to be reconnected. Reconnection is somewhat complicated.
Pros: Compact, Fast Setup, Attractive Design
Cons: Remote Is Slippery, Remote is small

An Unexpected Gift~ It Keeps on Giving

I have Cable TV and I have already canceled HBO and will likely continue to reduce my cable subscription saving even more money. I am turning to Roku offerings more frequently as there is nothing I want to watch on the hundreds of Cable channels! I have already found the online support helpful as the remote became unpaired with the Roku box. The support questions guided me to the issue and then guided me through the solution... It works again! It is the Mother's Day Gift that keeps on giving!

I love the Roku 3! I was using a Wii for streaming before this but the Roku offers so many more options and a much easier interface. The only negative, which I am not sure can even be attributed to Roku, is that Comcast does not allow HBO Go on this device.

I absolutely Love Roku! I highly recommend any of the Roku devices! I bought the Roku3. One of these days I expect to see on one of my tech news sights to tell me Roku will stream Youtube. It's the only reason I didn't give a 5 star. Having said that, don't let the exclusion of Youtube keep you from buying the best value in home entertainment!

The WiFi Direct remote uses the same channel on 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz as the WiFi channel of the SSID the Roku3 is associated with. This provides unnecessary interferance, especially for 5Ghz spectrum, which has an abundance of non-overlapping channels to choose from.

Good but not Best

1. Use it to watch DISH world - live TV everyday 2. Audio and Sound quality with HDMI is very good 3. Set up and Navigation are simple 4. Instrument hangs few times in week so I have to restart it. 5. "Forwarding" more than two times in a program loses control and it takes back to wtaching current program instead of forwarding. 6. Somes times Persimssion error appears but a retsart makes it work again.
Pros: Improved Audio/Video, Fast Setup, Simple Controls
Cons: Forward Is Not Consistant, Needs Frequent Restarts
