Works well and is very compact. Searching for movies is tedious having to move a pointer letter by letter. My Roku seems to drop the connection between use and does not automatically reconnect.
Pros: Fast Setup, Attractive Design

The best thing about Roku is our cable bill has gone from approximately $129.00 to just $39.00 a month. All we pay for is internet service and Roku with our router does the rest. We have Netflix, Vevo, Pandora, NBA, Fox,Homes and Gardens and a plethora of other channels from the play store. We love Roku because we are saving money without sacrificing selection. Roku Rocks!

I use the ROKU to listen to Spotify and Pandora almost every day. It's great for music streaming, and of course, watching movies and shows. I wish there was more access to products that didn't charge a monthly fee - like free Hulu. Also, the interface for Spotify is pretty tedious - typing in names of bands and songs takes forever with the controller, and you don't get the same features that you get online.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls, Attractive Design

Good device for the money

The device is easy to set up and has attractive interface. It is intuitive. It also looks fairly stylish. Neftlix works great. Amazon prime is good. The biggest drawback is spotify. I bought it for spotify but the experience is sub-optimal. The spotify app does not support spotify radio. Had I know this, i do not know that I would have bought it. I hope this is rectified soon. The only other complaint is it occasionally freezes and reboots...this is a slight annoyance but nothing major. the spotify thing is more concerning to me.

Roking Impressive!

This is by far one of the best purchases I've ever made! We've had terrestrial antenna reception since the inception of digital TV several years back. Needless to say, regular available digital channels leave something to be desired in terms of available content. So a lot of days the TV was off or we'd end up watching a DVD or two. Cable and satellite were not the answer as you pay too much for the little amount of content you actually view. Sure you can DVR content but when do you have the time to view it all? We don't watch TV 24-7! The Roku 3 gave us all the options and flexibility with programming. Watch what you want when you want to, pause it, rewind it and re-start it at will. We subcribe to 3 of the major services available for streaming for about $20 a month total. While the programming might be a week and some movies months late, I don't believe we'll ever catch up in our viewing as the options seem endless. The little box is basically on 24-7 and my only concern is if the little unit is meant for that much use. I'd hate for the little processor to burn out! Nonetheless, it doesn't seem to get overheated or anything like that and it functions flawlessly all of the time! I wish there were more things out there that would deliver above and beyond as advertised as this little device does! We were in the Stone Age of digital TV without it! We can't thank you enough and we look forward for the next technical advances that video streaming devices will bring!! Keep up the great work!!

Best acces to tv and movies

Instant access to all my favorite movies and TV shows through Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and more. Also access to specialty channels like NASA that I haven' found anywhere else. Finally a great way to play games such as Angry Birds and games through Big Fish Games.
