So many promises, so much disappointment

The interface needs a complete overall. The channel selection is horrible, with the majority of the choices being unknown internet junk. The interface on the decent channels is terrible as well. Netflix is absolute garbage on this, I get a better interface with the app on my phone! Oh, but it looks nice next to my TV! Definitely a waste of my money, especially since Google just released a device for almost a third of the price!
Pros: Attractive Design, Fast Setup
Cons: Poor interface, Poor Channel Content

I love ROKU

Love the added headset and so does the rest of the family. Makes for a quieter house for everyone else. We watch Netflix, Amazon, Hulu Plus, and a number of other channels, as we live in the country with only one TV channel availability. We do have a problem with the remote...have to change the batteries around a few times a week, and then all is well. Weird...

WE LOVE OUR ROKU 3!

We love our Roku 3 ~ we use it for Netflix, Hulu Plus, and a few other things. No issues with it, and it is small enough to hide it behind our TV. Love it! Best buy ever!

The Roku 3 is my first attempt in a series of steps to disconnect from the cable provider. I am extremely satisfied. Once local affiliates come on board this will be my only source of TV entertainment.

Important to keep electronics on the quiet side when you live in an apartment complex. The headphones are great.

A Worthwhile Rival for Apple TV

This unit is easy to set up and easy to use. The only major complaint is that the smart remote unpairs from the unit periodically requiring you to engage the re-pairing process. The unit is a worthy competitor to Apple TV but as a casual user I am not sure that I have truly put either unit through its paces.
Pros: Simple Controls, Easy User Interface, Good channel selection, Fast Setup
