Great access to a breadth of sites, but some that I visit most often on the internet are inaccessible, such as Hulu (as opposed to Hulu Plus).
Pros: Fast Setup, Attractive Design
Cons: Limited Apps No Hulu

I use it to access services that provide movies and tv sitcoms. When are you going public so that I can buy some stock in your company?

Exceptional!!

I am new to the Roku and it would take a lot for me to change. Always being on means instant connections to all streaming services. It is very easy to use with wide-ranging content. The streaming is exceptionally smooth and fast. I love the universal search feature. I have only one complaint. AT&T DSL has a long-standing problem with intermittent connections when raining. The Roku does not automatically scan to reconnect. I have to set up the wireless connection each time. It is annoying but certainly not a deal killer. I would not hesitate to recommend the Roku 3, the best streaming box on the market, to a friend or family member.

Amazingly powerful little device

I work out of town during the week and this device is perfect for my "remote" home. Quick and easy setup, fast response times, all my favorite channels and programs are on it and best of all, I don't have to pay for cable or satellite.

Needs a little work

I have Roku 2 and I'm completely satisfied with it, so I decided to put Roku 3 on our bedroom TV. Easy set up, but would not load, so I returned it for another one. When it goes to sleep,I must unplug and reboot to get it to operate correctly. I have to do this EVERY time I use it. Once I put it on it's own plug with a remote off/on switch, it works fine. I also have to turn it off BEFORE I turn the TV off or I have to unplug from the back and reboot from there. BAZAAR !! AS long as I remember to turn off in the right sequence, it works fine. The ear phone in the remote is a great idea. Hopefully the bugs will be worked out of it. I love the concept of commercial free TV.

Drop cable and get a much better viewing experience. The addition of an antenna lets you watch your local channels and still have access to most popular series with limited advertisement interruptions.

Love it - great upgrade from the LT

Compared to the Roku LT, which I owned prior to this model, this is a huge step up. Everything runs much faster, including the new menu as well as streaming to the device. The downside is that it will start to drag and lag after only a few hours of use in some cases. So it does require rebooting from time to time, but this is easy if you have the shortcut for the remote control rather than always having to get up to unplug. Overall - love the product with just a few very minor hiccups from time to time.
