So much content in such a little box

I love my Roku 3. I use it to stream content from Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, Pandora, and many more applications. It is very simple to set up and even easier to use. The search feature which finds content across many applications is such a great tool.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls, Attractive Design, Improved Audio/Video

Great alt to Cable TV

After turning off my satellite service a friend recommended the Roku box and I'm glad she did. I'm able to access services that I already had like Netflix, Amazon & Vudu - in fact I use those services more now than I did before my Roku box. Don't miss my satellite service or its hefty bill. I liked it so much, I bought a second Roku for my other TV that was hooked up to an antenna. The only cons I've experienced so far is that the box occasionally freezes up but it easily resets by disconnecting the power and its rare enough not to be problematic - it helps that it's never frozen while streaming a show - just in the menu function. Mine does drop the connection to the wireless router more than I'd like but since my Internet service isn't great, I'm not sure the Roku box is to blame.
Pros: Simple Controls, Fast Setup

Great product for streaming on your TV

I have a first gen GoogleTV (Logitech) and Xbox360 and now the Roku. The Roku is by far my favorite device out of the three for streaming media. It's responsive, attractive and does as advertised. I especially like the ability to plug earphones (included) into the remote. My biggest disappointment with the device is that it doesn't have a way to access Youtube or a browser (both GoogleTV and Xbox360 have this). As a Comcast customer I cannot access HBOGO, which is rather annoying. Of course this is Comcast's fault, and the app is available to users of other providers. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great device to steam media through.

Cons: Hbogo For Comcast Clients, No Web browser, No youtube

This is my third generation Roku. It's remote earbud feature is nice albeit it's hard on batteries and it has a habit of unpairing with the Roku base quite often which is a big nuisance. The unit itself will also disconnect from the local wifi network more easily than previous versions. The unit does afford you more access to media programs but not to the degree you need to upgrade only if there is a specific program you are looking for.
Pros: Quick Connect, Remote Earbuds
Cons: Drops Wifi, Short Remote Battery Life

The only thing I find weird is when playing Angry Bird the pointer doesn't always go where I want it to go. Like it has a mind of its own.
