The Roku just works... No messing around, no patching or configuring. Plug in two cables, add to wireless and you are done.
Pros: Attractive Design, Simple Controls, Roku Just Works, Fast Setup, Improved Audio/Video

No more Direct TV

I use the Roku 3 to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, MLB and Hulu Plus. Got rid of Direct TV and the $100 monthly charge.
Pros: Fast Setup, Attractive Design, Improved Audio/Video, Simple Controls
Cons: No Nfl Rewind App

Did not want to sync

Did not initially want to sync up with remote. After extended help from customer service which lastly involved unpluging my router and replugging it and unit and putting batteries back in it finally did sync up and has continued to work. :)
Pros: Improved Audio/Video
Cons: Difficult setup

Love the product. Difficult setup with Comcast, which is a known problem. Have to unplug the device every day or two to reset. It needs a power off button or a reset button that can be accessed from the remote.
Pros: Easy to use, Simple Controls, Attractive Design

I really love the Roku box. It's really perfect except for freezing up sometimes. Not sure if I have a defective model or if it's part of the communication between the box and the internet. Other than that I think the Roku is awesome.

The Roku is a great device if you are looking to cut the cable from your cable company. The power consumption is very low compared to a night light let alone a cable company cable box. The price is the best selling point. In just 2 months of not paying for cable this device will be worth the money you spend on it. I will be buying another for other tv's in the house

A great addition to any home

I love using Roku 3 to watch Netflix and to take advantage of the free exercise apps that you can download. My only complaint is that I can't seem to get it to work with my wifi, even when it's sitting directly next to the router. However, I remedied the problem by connecting the Roku to my laptop via an ethernet cord that allows me to share the internet connection that way. Works like a charm!
