The roku works great, sets up really easy. There are a few times when it stops in the middle of a movie to "reload" but hey, it's better than commercials. We have had a few times when movies would not stream but it was probably our internet provider and most likely not the fault of the Roku. The only real complaint that I have is that it does not have a switch to turn it off when not in use. It is always on and that bugs the hell out of me.
Pros: Fast Setup, Attractive Design, Improved Audio/Video

Need to have power on/off button..

should have on/off button so incase of connection problem we dont have to go to intrument and power off to reset !

It Works But...

Everything was great for the first month and now it seems like we have to reset te device every other day. Not frustrating enough to not continue use or say "I'll never use a Roku again", but it is quite a pain.
Pros: Everything Is One Place, Simple Controls, Easy to Navigate
Cons: Have To Reset Often

I use this mostly to listen to music and to catch up on old Doctor Who shows. Too bad they don't have more of the original stuff.

I own the original Roku, which was great. The new Roku 3 is 10 times better. It boots up in a matter of seconds. Netflix, Amazon, and Plex load very fast. Dolby Digital works perfect every time. The remote uses wireless (instead of infrared), so you can mount it behind your TV out of site. The only thing I wish Roku would add is parental controls.

Work well the first month, then the headphone connection went out. No matter what headphones I use, the connection does not work
