I bought this expecting a cable alternative, what I got was an expensive DRM-locked-down black box. I am not happy with the selection of channels nor am I happy with the quality of content. I regret my purchase.
Pros: Easy to setup, Simple Controls
Cons: Slow, Buggy, Poor interface, Poorly Responsive Control

Love that there are so many channels to select from - easy to add and use. I'm saving so much money by not paying for cable - and having so much content to enjoy! I compared Roku to the other choices and this is the best - and when you add Twonky channel and Twonky beam - it is just like having a "smart tv"!
