I do love the Roku. It's totally changed the way I watch TV. I also love the addition of the bluetooth remote, and the new headphone jack on the remote was fantastic idea! I had the original Roku, then upgraded to Roku 2XD, and now have upgraded again to the Roku 3. Though the video quality of the 2 and 3 is much greater than that of the original, both of the newer models have given me issues that were not present in the first generation. It often freezes and will not work unless rebooted. Sometimes it reboots itself in the middle of a show! My first roku had none of these irritating habits. That being said, I still love my Roku and would recommend it to anyone. Just be aware that it does have issues so don't freak out if it glitches on you :)

I use roku for Netflix. Kids use this forgames and there cartoons. When my 60inch projection tv fails I will upgrade and get the latist device for my updated hd tv. This will make my 4th roku

I mainly use the MLB app and Netflix and the Roku 3 is a great improvement over my original Roku in terms of picture quality, loading speed and ease of use. The setup was almost automatic. The unit stopped responding to the remote on one occasion, but I unplugged the unit and everything worked fine after that. The headphone jack in the remote was a great idea!

I do like my Roku, works pretty well the majority of the time.... When it locks up, it's annoying to have to either hit the tiny reset button or unplug the unit

I use this every day! Nexflix, Amazon and Hulu plus mainly. I like the feature where I can search across all applications for a movie or show so I don't have to go into each one separately.
