I love my Roku!

The Roku has been the best purchase I've made for my media. I get to enjoy so many movies and TV shows. I also get to stream my movies from my computer with PLEX which is amazing. No more watching movies on my computer. I can finally enjoy them on my tv INSTANTLY! Thank you ROKU! U ROK!
Pros: Attractive Design, Fast Setup, Great streaming, Simple Controls
Cons: No Hbogo Channel

Who needs cable?

This is the easiest device to use for any of your streaming needs. As more and more content is added, this could be the a la carte cable that everyone wished they had.

Fanastic Additon to Home Theater

We added to Roku 3 to our home theater system to expand the quantity of online content that we currently had access to. Most new TV's and Blu-ray players are "smart" devices these days but they have pretty limited access to what is truly available online. Roku provides that access.

Roku 3 not adequate to my needs

Product does not work as advertised as regards HBOGo.
Pros: No Applicable
Cons: No Hbogo With Directv Hbo

Love Roku

Apple TV does not show Amazon. Roku does not have YouTube. Roku remote allows private listening to TV. Apple TV lets you show you iOS screens on the TV. Same price. Roku is more awesomer.

Good reasonable device

1) Watching Russian TV, which is so much cheaper than what our cable company offered! 2) Streaming movies from our PC's external drive (very good experience!) 3) Streaming from YouTube from iPad (performance was not impressive). 4) Some other programs - free programs were interrupted too much with commercials, but otherwise, it's fine. I also bought the same device later as a gift for someone and would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody. Definitely worth the money!

Cons: Loses wi-fi connection
