Great bang for your buck

My only gripe is that the unit almost always requires a reboot after being woken from a long sleep (several days). If I use it every day, I don't have the same problem.
Pros: Attractive Design, Simple Controls, Fast Setup
Cons: Freezes After Long Sleep

Great Product with Minor Flaw

The Roku is great. I run a dedicated Plex server in my house and it works great too! I has many channels that I like and lots of good content. I do have a couple of complaints to make the device perfect though, although I still believe it is the best one on the market: 1) Hulu doesn't recognize the Roku as a computer, but as a "mobile device" and they limit some content to it. This also means you NEED a Hulu Plus account 2) No power switch. The Roku 3 has no power switch leaving it on all the time! That is inefficient! 3) Occasional slow down. Due to the lack of power switch, the roku can sometimes slow down. 9 times out of 10, rebooting it solves everything.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls

Great for catching up on some shows. Wish it would offer more shows on their streaming service, as some shows cannot be streamed but viewed only on a computer.

Say goodbye to cable

I use this product as my sole tv watching device. Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, everything is available thru this lil guy. I got rid of my cable subscription and just use the Roku and I haven't regretted it at all.

Fantastic product. Anything that unchains us from the shackles of cable TV is a good thing. If this had a youtube implementation it would be 5 stars. I hope that youtube can be added.

Three Roku's in our household.

Really enjoy the ear buds and remote volume control. No regrets on this purchase. Every one I've demo'd it to has gone right out and bought one. Some have cancelled cable after purchase of Roku. Only suggestion is that it would be nice to control TV volume with Roku remote when not using ear pieces.
