A lot of features in a little box

We use the Roku mostly for Netflix, however we do use the other apps on and off. We originally had the Roku first Generation and this is a huge improvement. Definitely will be using it more. The remove makes it easier to navigate menus but when used for games, like a Wii remote, it is a little slow and directionality is a little odd. Enjoy the device and shocked how little it is.
Pros: Huge Improvement From 1st, Very responsive, Simple Controls, Improved Audio/Video, Attractive Design, Fast Setup
Cons: Gaming Remote Slow

My Roku Player

I use the Roku player practically everyday. I use it to look at my Netflix shows and other channels. I have not begun to go through all the channels yet. It loads up easily. The pictures are clear and easy. I do wish that I can get can get more regular TV channels and I wish that I could stream Youtube but other than that. It is a really good investment.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls, Improved Audio/Video, Attractive Design
Cons: Need More Regular Tv

I had been wishing for a way to cut my cable off for a long time. A friend told ma about Roku. I only wish I had heard about it long ago. Roku and an antenna for local stations is all I need or want. I did also add Amazon Prime.

I am working to get completely off cable and go with just the Roku. Although you can not stream live sports, the Roku is still the way to go. Easy setup and a vast number of channels to choose from with new ones coming online all the time.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls, Easy to use, Excellent selection

I have the Roku 2 XD and that thing is great so I knew I would love the Roku 3. I would recommend it to anyone. Apple TV and the new Chromecast have nothing on Roku.

Love my options from the Roku, just wish there was a better way to connect to iTunes and youtube. However, I'd still chose this over the apple tv, any day! :)

My teens use the earbuds which keeps noise down Set-up is very simple Channels are adding new content continuously
