Purchased this as the headset feature was exciting. I also thought that "faster" was indicative of less buffer, but this is not the case. Overall, the only pro with this device is that the start-up is faster than its predecessor. And this is important because this Roku 'freezes' (the remote just stops working) quite a bit. Thus, you have to unplug the power, 'reboot,' and resume your programming. The headset jack is not usable in my opinion. it crackles and pops (like the cereal) while watching Netflix and Hulu. The remote is very resilient to toddlers. I own all 3 versions of Roku. It is not worth paying extra for this device.
Pros: Attractive Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you watch alot of Netflix and Amazing Prime movies especially during the summer when TV is on 24/7 repeats. The Roku box is great. It is Easy to set up, Clear picture. clear sound streams with not delays or jumps in the picture. Worth the bang for the buck of your summer at night will be watching streamed movies. Sounds good but I do believe the sound is quality of Tv.

Outstanding product, easy to use, hooks into Amazon Prime and Netflix. They have other channels and games, but with Amazon Prime and Netflix, I've got enough entertainment for the next 3 lifetimes.

Love the new feature of the headphone jack to the Roku. This is my second Roku for my house, and the upgrades to the 3 were perfect for the use in my bedroom. Picture quality and speed are great. Can't recommend it enough if you have any streaming needs.

We cut the satellite about a year ago. Got a Roku on the recommendation of several friends. We love it! Simple set-up, simple to use, doesn't get much better.
