Tiny and Powerful

Roku has allowed me to access my movie server on all TV's throughout my home, using the PLEX App. It's a fantastic product, very reliable, and easy to use. The only downside is, it uses a tiny remote, which unfortunately for me is very easy to lose. However, in a pinch, you can download an App on your smart phone which acts as a replacement.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls, Attractive Design, Improved Audio/Video
Cons: Tiny remote

Use the roku everyday, it worked great for the first couple of months. Now the roku is having constant problems staying connected to the internet. Its kind of a pain rebooting the internet on rokus settings all the time. Its not our wireless conection, works great. Other than that its ok, wish there were bettercchannels.

Cons: Does Not Improve Audio/Video

I bought this device in the hopes that I could lower my cable bill. My only disapointment is that content providers like Hulu Plus are not able to play all of their shows to roku directly. A stupid law that big cable has in place right now. But with addon's like PLAY LATER you can get around this issue.
Pros: Improved Audio/Video, Attractive Design, Simple Controls, Fast Setup, Large Amount Of Content
Cons: Not enough HD content

This is the best Roku ever! The setup is a breeze and the streaming has been a blast. No hiccups whatsoever! I absoutely love this new modification and will probably get another. As a matter of fact, I liked it so much that I got one for a close friend who also loves the Roku 3. It's the best device that I've tried. And believe me, I've tried a few. If you want beautiful and flawless streaming, give the Roku 3 a try. You'll love it!

I love Roku, but I absolutely hate that it does not decode DD+. Right now I have to set it for stereo just to watch HD movies. I'm not too crazy about buying a new receiver just to keep my Roku box. Might have to keep looking, :(

Great experience from the moment I started opening the box -- like opening a gift. Setup was fast and easy, including setting up the Plex server on my PC to stream movies over wifi. Lots of free channels... but many have second-rate content.
