I wouldn't get so frustrated if I didn't have to reset whole product every few days~ Easy to use/operate Need more APS to choose from that are FREE!! Too many have to pay for.....

Cons: Not Enough Aps, Must Reset Every Few Days, Too Many Have To Pay For, Not Easy To Locate

Late to the party I guess. Bought a Roku 3 and got Netflix. Really impressed with the simplicity of this unit. Easy to set up and a great alternative to expensive cable. Looking forward to additional offerings, though I have not checked out all the channels yet. Did have an issue with my Sony TV not recognizing the HD input. This was a TV issue and was resolved using the factory reset function. Strongly recommended.

I use this product all the time since I refuse to pay cable bills. Things that are great about it is I don't have a cable bill.

Everything about the Roku 3 was great for me the very first couple of weeks. But then the remote would all of a sudden stop working and at first, I thought that it ran out of batteries already. However, this was not the case. The remote would randomly stop working and the only way to get it to work again would be to unplug the Roku and plug it back in. I'm not sure if my Roku is defective or if it is a manufactured thing, but it really is annoying and is the reason that I am giving it 4 stars. Other than that, the Roku 3 is a must-have!

Trying to figure out how to cut the cable, worried too much would be gone. You just have to make some adjustments. For example, most of MSNBC is on Roku, but a day late. We ought to be able to adjust to that. Other similar adjustments when inching up to cable-cutting. MLB TV app for Roku works well and offers options not available on other platforms. The draw back is YouTube. When will you join us?

I use the Roku for streaming channels but also for streaming content from my computer to my HDTV via the Plex app which is awesome.

Great Product Except for 1 Thing

This unit needs to have an on/off switch like the a Apple TV box. I know it goes into sleep mode but the unit is very warm and that makes me nervous. The Apple TV box can be turned on and off by holding down the pause button, this is a good feature that should be applied to the Roku 3 box.
