A nice improvement over older models is the ability to hide the ROKU behind the TV and still have it function perfectly with the remote.

The only problem i had was the remote control did not work. I called technical support and they promptly replaced my remote control.

The software was great - selecting movies for Amazon Prime & HBO GO was much better than using either of their websites. The video was much better then Netflix, but Netflix software was better because of their top category selection availability & recommendations based on what you watched in the past. I use the Netflix website to select from top categories, then switch to Roku to watch them.

Alternative to cable, Cost effective, Variety of programing.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy to use, Simple Controls, Search Menu Is Nice, Compact size, Fast Setup
Cons: Remote Housing Bad Design, Remote Fails Occasionally, Have Had To Reboot A Lot, Audio Out Control Bad Lo

Simple plug and play setup for all of my premium streaming services, including Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon Prime, and HBO Go, along with other free streaming channels like Crackle and Pandora Radio. It's a pretty quick setup, and once it's up and running it works like a dream.
