I love Roku. I have 3 generations. One on each TV in the house. I'm glad they went back to the wii style remote. It is easier to use. I noticed an increase in picture quality with this unit. Easy to setup and operate. This is the future of TV viewing. The next step will be streaming new release movies to your home theater via Roku.

Good product with a lot of potential. Lot of the programming is garbage. The news sources is fine. Netflix and amazon is ok but you can get both these on the new TVs anyway. The Roku 3 keeps dropping the wifi keys I am usually have to re-connect everyday or so. The one good thing is The Blaze not just for the content but how it is set up. This would be a great way to play the popular MMO's just put a controller on it. The major networks should design a awesome platform if the want to stay on top. Put more office apps on it just add a key board. If I was the CEO I would make this product out sell apple that's how much potential this product has. But they need to invest more into it. Once it gets big develop your own movies your news and music.

We have found original programming that we otherwise wouldn't have seen! We use ROKU when there's nothing decent on broadcast TV to watch

With a high speed wireless internet connection, there are hundreds of things to watch. I hardly watch regular TV anymore. This would be great for travelers. If you stay where there is free wi-fi, it would be like having your choices of what to watch on demand.

The Roku 3 really augmented our Amazon Prime and Netflix memberships. My kids use it all the time to watch movies on both services, plus the movies I put on an external hard disk. The Roku 3 was easy to set up and navigating the system is a breeze. This is a fantastic product that I would easily recommend to anyone looking to either replace their existing cable service or augment what you already have.
