Worth the price of admission.

Out of the box this little puck is simple and packed with power. The search feature alone is worth the price. The only negative I have experienced is an occaissional lock-up in the home screen. What would be appreciated is a more aggressive campaign to win new channels across all age groups and interests. It's time for the NFL to come into the 21st century. If ROKU can do that and allow the user to power the unit down they will have earned their fifth star!

We love the Roku 3. We use it on our Amazon prime. Will maybe get more channels later. Would be nice to have more free channels. It has been working out good.

Roku has a large selection of channels already. After researching, I also found several private channels to add that improved my experience even more, such as Nowhere TV. I bought an antenna for local over-the-air channels, got rid of my cable company, and have never looked back. Do yourself a favor, sign up for a Netflix streaming account, a Hulu Plus account, and Amazon Prime and have a huge selection of movies and tv shows right there on your TV. The video and audio quality are fantastic.

I had the original ROKU and loved it, but with the new interface, content and improved remote this new ROKU 3 blows it out of the water.
Pros: Fast Setup, Improved Audio/Video, Simple Controls, Attractive Design, Amazing Content

Furnish a hdmi cord would be nice. Started having problems with hdcp unauthorised content disabled. Very unhappy about this.

Use mainly to see movies I can't get on the cable box. Need to be careful as you can run up a monthly bill if too many groups.
