Dynamite Comes In Small Packages

I use this for Netflix and Amazon Prime. I also have a PLEX media server set up and we use this as a media client for the PLEX server. This is much more convenient that having to buy a PC and put next to the TV. The only issue I have is the lack of audio output jacks. Video quality and features are great for the price and it is so small it is easy to hide, and yes you can hide this because the remote is wireless not IR. Would have given 5 stars but the missing audio output stings just a little.
Pros: Simple Controls, Small Footprint, Attractive Design, Fast Setup, Improved Audio/Video
Cons: Missing Audio Out Jacks

I used two Roku 3 units, an HD Antenna and a VoIP phone product to break the cable habit. And saved myself $130.00 a month.
Pros: Improved Audio/Video, Simple Controls, Attractive Design, Fast Setup

I was (and still am) thrilled with my Roku 2, which I connected to an old TV located in a bedroom close to my WiFi modem/router, so I was looking forward to connecting my living room flat-screen TV to the Roku 3. To my dismay, the distance between my Roku 3 and my modem/router, with some walls between, has resulted in spotty performance. Sometimes the Roku 3 does not function at all. Moving it farther from the television but closer to a corridor, hence away from walls, has improved matters, but not completely. I was also amazed to discover that I had to buy an HDMI cable to connect the device. There was no mention of this on the package.
Cons: Unreliable Performance, Pricing Deceptive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It speeds up my access to internet tv, I especially use it for Netflix & PBS. I've had it for about a month, and the only problems I've had were getting my Harmony One remote programed to control it [on Harmony blog site] and I did have to powercycle the Roku to resync the audio.
Pros: Speeds Up Internet Access, Simple Controls, Attractive Design, Fast Setup
Cons: Had To Powercycle Unit
