We bought it to save money. Hated the cable setup that we were using. Very pleased so far. The music variety is fabulous and I love the old movies.
Pros: Fast Setup, Lots of free stuff, Attractive Design, Easy to use, Great variety, Simple Controls

very easy to setup and use, lots of built in channels to choose from and tons more online using the 3rd party install codes. only thing i wish it had was support for more codecs and formats when playing from usb port

I hardly watch regular tv now that I have this. I love that many of the channels are in HD. I only wish many of them are free instead of the paid suscription.

About to replace our satellite dish

Used in lieu of premium movie channels. Streaming movies utilizes a large amount of bandwidth which may result in increased charges from your supplier. If it had access to local &/or national news, of course with a subscription rate, would get rid of our dish.

We love it. This is our second Roku. We had Roku 2 before buying Roku 3. Although it has Angry Birds Space on Roku 3, we were disappointed it did not offer the same Angry Birds as on Roku 2. But Space is great. Thank you.
