best bang for the buck

My roku is where I get most of my entertainment. It is so easy to use and has apretty good assortment of shows to watch. the technical support is exceptional. I only wish new shows would be added quicker but I watch them as quick as there added. over all this is the best invention for a poor man to watch quality television.
Pros: Improved Audio/Video, Simple Controls, Fast Setup, Small Size, Attractive Design
Cons: No Audio Out

Good but plenty of room for improvemnet

At home to watch movies and videos like with dailymotion but Dailymotion crashes and is very slow. Definitely not a good alternative to Youtube. This seems to be the biggest gripe most people have with the roku. If this was fixed your product would be recommended alot more highly and without people saying its good but no Youtube which is how I respond or tell people about the roku and most friends say no Youtube then they are not interested. I think you need to reevaluate Youtube on Roku.

Cons: Missing Some Key Channels

I already had one ROKU so I got one for my other TV so that I wouldn't have to use my Blu Ray to play NETFLICKS

We own a smart tv, a smart blue ray player, a very smart receiver. So the only reason we purchased the Roku was to get Amazon Instant Video (that was not supported on our devices). It turns out that the Roku UI is so nice and so much faster than the UI on our high-end Samsung TV that it became our main media center. We use Pandora, Netflix and Amazon Instant Video everyday in this device. It is a pity that it does not yet provide an easy way to support Airplay for audio and video.
