Love ROKU

I first got ROKU because I tried Netflix one month while I was out of town visiting my mother, and wanted Netflix on my TV. But after I got ROKU I got hooked. I love internet streaming. I love watching shows with no commercials. The quiet is wonderful. I love quiet TV so much I got rid of my cable box. ROKU is reliable, fast, and has spoiled me for all other television or cable.
Pros: Fast Setup, Improved Audio/Video, Quiet, Simple Controls, Attractive Design

When I decided to ditch the cable TV, I needed a product to access entertainment on our TV. I reviewed both Apple TV and Roku and based on many reviews decided that the Roku would fit the bill. It was amazingly simple to setup and was definitely the right choice. I am amazed at the quality viewing choices available on Raku. Unlike cable that repeats its stations and makes it sound like you have many more choices than you actually do, you truly have an unlimited number of choices, both free and pay, available on the Raku.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls

I Absolutely Love My ROKU 3

The only thing I find difficult to deal with is, I am watching a program and the picture freezes, it starts up again where I left off, Then it will do it again. Then I turn everything off trying to get new programming and it keeps going back to what I watched the night before.

Cons: 2 Picture Freezes, 1 I Lose Signal Sometime, 3 Sometimes It Won't Tur

A nice step up from the Roku 2XD

I have the Roku 2XD as well but the Roku 3 is a solid improvement. The performance is a little smoother and I really like the headphone jack integrated into the remote control. Having a new user interface is a plus and the Android app is a fantasy way to control all of my Roku devices.

Cons: Some Freezing
