IN ADDITION TO ALL THE REGULAR USES SUCH AS CHANNELS,AMAZON PRIME ETC I ESPECIALLY LIKE TO LISTEN TO MUSIC THROUGH OUT MY HOUSE: DOWNSTAIRS, UPSTAIRS THE GARAGE BACK PATIO. I SIMPLY CONNECT THE REMOTE AUDIO OUT TO ANY RECEIVER.

I wish more games were free. Like Tetris, Majong, Taipe, Pac-Man, Solitare, Chess, etc.
Pros: Simple Controls, Improved Audio/Video, Fast Setup, Attractive Design
Cons: Still Crashes Some

this would have been my 4th roku. was very excited about the audio jack in the remote. however I use nowhere tv on a daily basis to watch cbs/nbc national newscasts. for some odd reson the nowhere tv channel is not supported on the roku3 model. I continue to watch it daily on my roku2, xd and xds models.
Pros: Improved Audio/Video, Fast Setup
Cons: Nowhere Tv Not Supported

ANNOYING PROBLEM WITH ROKU!

I enjoy using Roku,but there is a persistent problem. When watching a movie there are frequent pauses while the movie shuts down and then reloads. This definitely detracts from the pleasure of watching a program on the screen. As I said, I do enjoy watching a movie, but I am not sure that I would recommend ROKU to others.
Pros: Attractive Design, Simple Controls
Cons: Interrupted Continuity

Good but the USB option needs work

My problem with the USB port is two fold. 1) the .mp4 format accepts only H264 codec and 2) while using a thumb drive it will far too often stop working and tell me I have no device attached. To remedy this I must reset the Roku unit. Annoying.
Pros: The Cheapest Way To Strea, Simple Controls
Cons: Usb Port Is Quite Sketchy

the movement through the menu is swift. Need no extra mem. I have had to reset it once in 2 mons. this is not the same as the other brand i have. i have to reset it weekly.
Pros: Simple Controls, Fast Setup
Cons: No Add On Equpt Needed
