Does not stay connected to my wireless network. I have to reconnect every time I use it. Not difficult but kind of annoying.

Born in a generation totally without the geek gene. I was able to install, and the couple of questions I had were handled expertly and quickly by phone support. I have several friends who bought it because of ours. We don't have it totally figured out yet, but learning every day the many options available. Great product.

constantly disconnects from wireless

I have owned 4 Roku's. I finally had to stop using the original Roku after the software updates weren't compatible with the older hardware. I have to LT's which are great. I was really excited to get the Roku 3. The headphones were the thing that sealed the deal. It's great- except for one thing. Every time we go to watch it (once a day, on average), we have to reset the wireless connection because it disconnects! We have not had this problem with our other 3 Roku's. Or anything else in our house. It is definitely a problem specific to the Roku 3.

I love this device the kids can watch whatever show they want right now instead of figuring out a taping schedule because their shows air the same time as ours. We have Netflix and Hulu and there is very little we don't get. You have to wait a week or so for new episodes. And the news apps give us news that Hulu and Netflix won't. Perfect! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is there is no way to get sports my husband is frantically trying to find a way!

Great option for a furnished rental home

I have a furnished rental and wanted to offer good viewing options but didn't want the huge ongoing expense of cable. With the Roku some options are free, so there's always something they can enjoy, and if they have Netflix or Hulu they can watch those at the house.

Love the new roku 3, but when I tried the head phone feature on the remote it only worked one evening before breaking and not working at all. I am not too impressed. This definitely needs some improvement.
