Use the product with Amazon and all the internet channels I loved on Boxee - its the best of Boxee and Apple TV with some great Roku stuff added. The headphones on the remote are a stroke of genius. I wish it supported streaming and playback of additional audio file formats besides just mp3 or mp4 or aac files. Should support playback of .wav and DTS files. Really needs spdif output like Apple TV - not everything supports digital audio from HDMI

I love my roku it makes it easy to view movies on Netflix and I also get to watch all my favorite music videos on vevo the only flaw is it could use some more free apps or movies channels

The best one out there

I had neo tv before this, and we always had problems with it, plus the selection was not great. When we got Roku we saw just what we were missing. It has a great selection, which is really the best feature, i have had to rest set it once in a month, Big difference from neo tv. The remote is nice, but we do not like the head phones. The headphones go in the ear canal which can be gross with many users. It comes with extra pads for the headphone i believe so you can change the pads from user to user, but this is a hassle. I would prefer headphone that go over the ear like in the 80's not the ear buds even. In fact i will be buying a pair of sony from amazon they are 15 bucks, so no big deal. The head phones plug into the remote no adjustment to tv need the remote takes over, has volume and everything. This is a great feature and we love it. I often stay up late and watch tv while my wife is a sleep, the headphones are perfect for that. I don't think the headphones are available on the lower models, we got the high end one, but well worth the money. Great selection, great idea with the headphone jack on the remote, very happy with Roku.

We use our Roku 3 everyday and we put the Roku HD in our bedroom. They are both great products and only have internet because we watch our Roku boxes everyday. There are good pay sites, but Roku also offers a lot of free sites for movies and music.

An outstanding upgrade for the Roku 1

This was a big upgrade from the Roku 1. From the remote you can play games with, the interface, Hulu works great and now I can pause and un-pause hulu with no problems. (Hulu and Netflix works better on the Roku then on the computer) Setup: I had a problem setting up the remote at first. It kept losing connection. What I found to be the problem was my other remotes. I took the batterys out of them, was able to do the setup and now I have no problems with any of the remotes.

We've been loyal Roku customers and ditched the cable over 3 years ago and will never go back! Less commercials, pretty much all the programming you want on demand, and way cheaper than cable. The only thing I would add is YouTube. We LOVE IT! I recommend it to everyone!
