please make it available to stream on more than one television at a time. I have 4 of them for my family TV's at home and it won't stream on more than one. Thx DL

Best Media Player currently available

I own several different brands of Media Players - Sony, WD Live, Boxee, Xbox 360. Of all these, the Roku 3 is the fastest player and has the best video quality. The Sony is fast but the video quality is the poorest of all of them. While versatile, the WD Live is painfully slow. The Boxee is not as well supported. The Xbox 360 requires an Xbox Live subscription. With the Time Warner Cable app available, I was able to purchase several of these to use as cable boxes for the kids rather than having to rent them from TWC. The performance of these are above and beyond all of the players short of a dedicated HTPC.
Pros: Fast Operation, App selection, Improved Audio/Video
Cons: Local Media Requires Plex

I use it to stream movies/tv shows from my computer with the plex app. I also use amazon, hulu+ and netflix the most of the other apps.

Besides being very easy to set up,it's a pleasure to use. The graphics on the menus are so colorful and attractive, and the remote lets you sail right through your options and selections.

The unit itself is great. Extremely convenient and pretty much does what it's supposed to do. My only gripe is the remote. It worked fine for the first month but now it has stopped functioning properly. It constantly loses the connection between the unit and I have to pare it repeatedly. Fortunately the Roku remote iphone app works and I can use that. But, I really wish that Roku would address this issue. It's the only flaw of an otherwise great device.

It is my only TV connection. I cancelled cable. I have 3 Rokus and love it. I just wish that things I order on the Roku 2XD would also show up on the Roku 3. I play Angry Birds Space on the Roku 3 but can not play it on my other tvs as they are on the roku 2xd. Overall I would never go back to cable or dirctv again.

Roku eliminates backwards compatibility

Great improvement over previous models. Loss of ability to connect to any existing television makes this unit not as versatile.
