Almost there

Why must I have to buy an AppleTV to play my purchased TV Shows and purchased Movies? Seriously? You guys can't make it compatible without me trying to make some kind of conversion magic / hack? I have a lot of iTunes purchases and I like all of the additional things that the ROKU 3 does (a whole lot more than what Apples device offers)... can't there be some kind of licensing compromise to allow my stuff to play on your system? I hope the developers are reading this?
Pros: Does A Lot Easy To Use, Attractive Design, Simple Controls
Cons: No Itunes Tv Movies

We've been watching canceled tv series that we had't seen an are very happy with this product.The ease of setup was a great thing for us older people. So simple I purchased it for my son and he dropped direct tv

Great Potential ...

I love almost everything about the new, smaller Roku 3 (especially the more compact UI), except when it hangs/locks up. I can think of at least three times in the last month when the UI has become unresponsive, requiring a power cycle. I check frequently for updates, but never find anything (my assumption is that they are done as a background task) new. The older model didn't suffer from these bugs, so I'm sure that these will be squashed at some point soon. Would not recommend today, but once these bugs are removed, definitely worth recommending.
Pros: Attractive Design, Great design, Improved Audio/Video, Space saver, Improved Ui, Simple Controls, Fast Setup
Cons: Buggy Software

Overall the Roku is a great device for viewing pleasure. The one thing that I would like to see is more local stations, though I feel that this will evolve and improve over time.

I use it to watch a lot of my televtion shows on hulu and Netflix although I use Netflix mostly for movies. so instead of spending hundreds a month on cable, dish or directv I spend total of 24.95 only because I have dvd option on Netflix. whole lot cheaper than 115 or more a month wil cable providers. but I save so much money it is awesome even thought there still if a few shows I miss but I can always order season later:)very happy I learned about this.

Cons: Needs More Well Known App, Other Sations Needed
