The only disadvantage I can find is getting involved in a complete series. Suddenly, my life is about 150 episodes of 'The West Wing'. Thanks, Roku.

I'm so glad I got it; there's more content all the time and I'm hoping YouTube comes someday....I love to watch movies & TV. There are so many neat channels!!
Pros: Simple Controls, Easy to use, Fast Setup
Cons: No Itunes, No youtube, Maybe Someday Soon

Who needs cable

I'm using this as my first come to device when it comes to movies, news, tv shows and a whole lot more. I have dust on the cable box setting next to the door that it holds open. .

I have a Tivo, and some gaming systems that will stream my content to my TV, so I didn't really need to buy a roku box. I was planning a vacation and I thought at night if I wanted to watch a movie on Netflix, a roku would be perfect. I hooked it up when it came in the mail and that was so simple. What a difference there is from the response time on the roku 3 compared to my Tivo and my gaming systems. I haven't touched those other electronics since I got the roku. It is so much faster and way easier to use. It also has so many more features. It's amazing. Never been happier with a purchase. I would recommend this product to anyone

I use it to stream movies. Seems to run faster than on-demand. I have saved almost a hundred dollars a month on my satalite bill and enjoy the same programs plus.

LOVE the headset jack in the remote! Other wireless headset solutions were much more expensive and would be another device to take care of. We primarily watch and use MLB, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Playon Apps. We no longer pay for cable TV and love the savings!
