Did some research and found this product to be recommended number one over its competition. I have had no problems with the device and the programing channels are many to choose from.
Pros: Simple Controls, Fast Setup, Easy set up, Attractive Design, Improved Audio/Video
Cons: None so far

I love the Roku 3 design, and smallness. It does heat up, so it would be better to have an on/off switch. The remote is a problem....it's constantly disconnecting and I have to jump through hoops to get it back online. The only reason I would not recommend this to a friend is the issues with the remote.

This was the 4th Roku I purchased, as a gift for my husbands mancave for Movie watching. It had connectivity problems so being a longtime Roku user, I knew it was defective (despite the customer support people telling me it was a problem with my router...), so I persisted and requested and received a replacement, which has delivered stellar performance right out of the box. I am a rabid fan of the Roku, and haved gifted a couple of our kids with one. Cut the cable. Get a Roku!!!

Originally purchased for master bedroom but have recently moved the unit to the family room for all to enjoy. We've reduced our cable subscription by $45 per month due to our conversion to Roku. Keep up the good work!
