Great Box, apps need improvement

I got this as a birthday gift, because I don't currently have cable so I wanted more options for my TV. A big selling point for the Roku 3 is being able to play interactive games like Angry Birds Space. While this game is fun, the controller desperately needs to be improved. The sensitivity is off and it often alters the movements causing the game to be near impossible to win. Other than that, I am very impressed by the layout of the menu and the organization.
Pros: Attractive Design, Simple Controls, Fast Setup
Cons: Weak Apps

We use it when there is nothing we want to watch on TV ( especially in summer.) Were upset when the Doc Martin series jumped sequence and the actor who played the policeman changed and someone ( I won't give it away) had a baby. If you are going to have a series, have the complete series. We really do like your product otherwise.

Cons: What Happened To All The, Doc Martin Programs, Does Not Improve Audio/Video

More choice than satellite TV

This device was a total replacement for our home entertainment via TV...we discontinued our satellite service (too expensive) and save lots using ROKU...the only downside for us is that we have three (3) people with 3 TVs and our DSL strength won't support all three at the same time...that's not the fault of the device though. The best part is we get to select the time and date we want instead of being bound by a schedule...even better than DVR too!

Cons: Needs Reboot Occasionally

Good device but can get hot

Upgraded from Roku XS. Loved the ability to use earphone using the remote control jack. Also used it to connect to a wireless speaker to improve audio control. Started noticing that it was losing my WiFi connection and had to re-connect each day. Then had problems with it recognizing the remote control or app commands. Finally reconnected my Roku XS and it does not have those problems.
Pros: Attractive Design, Simple Controls, Fast Setup, Improved Audio/Video
Cons: Drops Wifi Connection, Device gets hot

Fast & Easy Setup

Fast & easy setup. Easy navigation and adding channels. Channel selections cover just about any taste. For me, most channels are not worth watching. Maybe 5 are OK to watch on a regular basis.
