I was so impressed with how easy and fast the interface was on this new unit. There is no lag on the interface section. We have cable TV and the Roku is what we go to all the time now!

The fact that the 1080p setting doesn't really work and that it causes a very annoying screen flicker makes this a lesser product to the Roku 2. If you're getting this for the 1080p setting save your money and stick with the older model...

Got rid of my cable because it cost way too much and got a Roku 3. a great majority of things I like including new episodes were already available on Hulu Plus and it's lightning quick even over my slow internet. Found many great shows I'd never heard of including several great Manga shows and I was never particularly a great fan of those, but Roku helped change my attitude. There are also many free channels available, some with some great movies. I love my Roku 3!
Pros: Attractive Design, Improved Audio/Video, Very Fast Response, Fast Setup, Simple Controls
Cons: Occasional Reboot Needed

This is probably the best streaming device currently on the market. I've owned three older Rokus and the Roku 3 is easily the best. Extremely fast performance and more content available (including a lot of free content) than any other device. MLB.tv and Netflix are faster on the Roku 3 than any other device I've used. Great wifi range as well but I have mine wired to my ethernet for the least amount of lag possible while watching live HD sports.
