It's so darned small

Love everything about my Roku except one thing; it is so small and light weight it was difficult to manipulate the cables to where I could place it where I wanted it.
Pros: Fast Setup, Attractive Design, Simple Controls, Idiot proof

Great but not perfect

I have this and Apple TV. I use Prime, Hulu Plus, Netflix, and a few other internet TV site apps. HBO Go won't work on the Roku because my TV service is with Comcast so hence the reason for Apple TV also, because Apple Tv supports Comcast and HBO Go plus ESPN app. Since I just added the Apple TV I have realized how bad the Netflix app is on the Roku 3. On the Roku 3 Netflix app you cannot go from one episode to the next smoothly. It is a pain in the rump. I thought it was maybe a Netflix problem till I got the Apple TV and the Netflix app works flawlessly.
Pros: Simple Controls, Attractive Design, Fast Setup, Improved Audio/Video
Cons: Netflix App Is Horrible

Weekends are always my ROKU time. Even have a room that is referred to as my ROKU room. Love the variety that is available, plus they always seem to be adding new channels that are awesome. Gave my first ROKU to my son, and he now is a fan. Look forward to many years enjoying this product. Thank you!

The best thing about the 3 is the improved method for picking channels. And the search is great. You can put in an actor, movie name, even director and get results of all of your Roku channel. So you can put in "Hitchcock" and all of the movies directed by him come up with a showing that they are on Hulu or Amazon or any other site that you have on your ROku that show movies. Same for TV. TO me that is the best thing about the Rouo 3. Its HD but my other Roku also had that but the search capacity really makes it stand out.

Needs more, and better channels

I thought I could get rid of cable but can't get VUDU only Plus. Not enough ways to get shows I want so I can kiss cable goodbye

Good, but needs to be reset a lot

Needs work. It won't boot up after not using it for a while. You have to unplug the power cord and wait 5 or more minutes to get it working. Maybe add a reset button?

Cons: 5 Minute Reboot Time, Freezes up
