A lot of good apps

I mainly use the roku for the Hulu and Netflix. They have an NBA app, but I would like them to either incorporate the WNBA, or make a new app which features the WNBA.
Pros: Fast Setup, Attractive Design
Cons: Does Not Improve Audio/Video

Nice product with some room to improve

We switched from an Apple TV to this. I was excited to get access to amazon and was looking to access files on the NAS. Alas the NAS access, even with DNLP or Plex, is very painful or non existent.
Pros: Attractive Design, Fast Setup, Wide Range Of Channels
Cons: No Network Storage Access, Lockups

Practically Perfect

I use the Roku 3 instead of my cable provider's weak VOD offerings. I quickly tire of the drivel of the commercial networks and am always looking for entertainment alternatives. I previously owned a Roku 2 with which I was quite happy, but opted for the Roku 3 for its improved performance and have since moved the Roku2 to the bedroom (wireless). The Roku3 (mine is wired ethernet) is a bit more responsive and quick than the Roku2. The menu offerings are the same. About the only negative I might mention is the lack of a separate digital audio out connection for hookup to a receiver while going HDMI direct to the TV. I hate the long time it takes for everything to do the HDMI handshake when the Roku is routed through a receiver to the TV.
Pros: Varied Selection, Easy to use, Simple Controls
Cons: No Audio Out

Easy to operate and alot to watch

I really enjoy the Roku and have been catching up on all the tv shows I missed with no commercials. Also good movies and comedy. It's easy to work. My only complaint is that it occasionally freezes and I have to unplug it, then plug it back in. Also, beware Comcast subscribers, they don't "support" Roku and won't let you view premium channels on it though other providers like Verizon do.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls, Attractive Design

I have the Roku 2 and the Ruku 3. 3 is far superior than 2. I had any problems so far. I just hope the NFL channel coming soon.
