great investment. I live in an area where only satellite reception is possible so the Roku is a great addition. I bought my family Roku's for Christmas when it first came out years ago so I am going to buy them all the Roku 3 for Christmas this year. so much for such a great price.

almost too good to be true

watching entire series of a tv show w/o commercials. ability to watch and listen to stuff I would never have found on my own. I love the headphone jack on the remote. I can listen to a book/radio as I walk around the house. Makes using Netflix easier than via cable to laptop. Getting HD quality w/o having to pay Comcast extra $$.

Roku 3 problems

Roku 3 still has problems like unable to complete download of all channels purchase from your old Roku2 XS. Another problem is the constant formatting of the micro sd card and once formatted there are games that will not play any more. It will leave a message saying this channel was not re download. But besides that good device.

Love it, saved a ton of money by not getting a smart tv, and instead getting the Roku. I want too get one for all the tv's in my home. My only issue is I wish there was a way to manage accounts through a web interface in my computer, would make it easier to enter the account information.

It's a great devise. works as advertised. all the pay channels are nice. I am currently only subscribed to Netflix. I do wish the free channels offered better content, but hey, they are free. what do you expect.

It is amazing to have at your fingertips, vudu, hulu, spotify, netflix and so many others. Integration with our home stereo system was a snap. There are very few things in life that work this simply and comprehensively at the same time. I have recommended the Roku 3 to all friends and family!
