Don't mess with any other player

The previous streaming player I bought on sale was another brand, with a confusing setup and poor picture, with lots of interference. The ROKU was setup and running in LITERALLY 10 minutes. So many shows and movies available I could spend hours searching the lists- hours and hours and hours. I wonder why I even have cable anymore.
Pros: Fast Setup, Unbelievably Simple, Simple Controls, Improved Audio/Video, Attractive Design

Great replacement for cable!

I canceled my cable subscription and have changed all of my viewing to online streaming, including Netflix and Amazon Prime among others. For $16 a months instead of $120 I can watch all the TV that I want and in the way that I want. The Roku 3 is and amazingly easy and initiative device to manage all my streamed viewing.
Pros: Fast Setup, Simple Controls, Inexpensive On-going Cost
Cons: Occasional Lost Signal

Love Roku 3!

We love our Roku 3! We love that you can have the channels that you want and none that you don't! We were sick of cable and satellite, all that money every month for channels that you never watch. Soon after we started using and enjoying our Roku 3, we then also bought one as a gift for my parents, one for my brother and his family!

I bought this for use in my bedroom, but hooked it up in my living room. it has yet to leave! we have multiple gaming devices that offer the same streaming capabilities, but use the roku instead. I love the channels offered that aren't available anywhere else!

I use it to stream my wi-fi and get tv shows, movies, series, and such, has saved me many dollars not using more dish products
