About the same as my roku 2 xd. I don't use the earphone. Also, I don't use wireless.

I would've given it FIVE Stars except for the fact that You Tube is missing.
Pros: Nice User Interface, Simple Controls, Fast Setup, Faster Performance
Cons: No youtube, Occasional Drop-outs

Quick, Sleek and High Quality

I use this for watching tv shows and movies at home. I love how I can connect all of my accounts to one device and that I no longer have to use a computer to catch up on tv shows or watch movies that are not currently playing on the tv. Roku is quick and rarely lags which is great. I have to restart it occasionally but that is expected with most technology these days. Overall this was the best buy I've ever made and I reccomend that other buy a Roku as well. Both the 2 and 3 models are great so you really can't go wrong.

My 9y/o daughter loves it!

It took my 9 y/o daughter literally 5 minutes to become familiar and an expert at using our Roku 3. She loves finding content on Netflix and Amazon that she can't find on TV. She knows how to search, too. This blows away the old DVD with internet that we used to have. I would highly recommend this to anyone, adult or child. Between netflix, Amazon, HBO GO, and others, we hardly ever watch regular TV anymore. There are so many series that I missed in the past decade, and being able to watch the all from the start in great. Plus, I just learned to play my personal movies from a USB drive. I am going to get one for my ex-wife so that my daughter can have one when she visits her mother.
Pros: Simple Controls, Fast Setup, Attractive Design, Dead Simple Interface
Cons: No iTunes Support

I Cut the Cable Cord with My Roku

Most often, we use our Roku for Netflix, Hulu Plus, and Pandora. They all work flawlessly on Roku, much better than on my Sony Blu Ray player. Plus, there's lots of other channels and there's pay-to-view options. Who needs cable? The Roku is saving me over a thousand dollars a year.
